Short Term On-Site Support

People First will commit to providing intensive on-site support, guidance and coaching for client organizations to address issues that prevent them from building a sustainable fundraising strategy.  A People First representative will be situated on-site at the client organization's on full or part-time basis for a one to three month period.

Some arrangements may introduce new fundraising revenue streams such as special events, major gift campaigns, foundation and service club appeals, monthly giving programs, direct mail and leadership giving.  A key objective of these arrangements is to integrate new revenue streams with current ones so no fundraising activity exists in isolation.  Rather one activity supports another and will help the organization to transform passive donors into committed stakeholders.

People First representative may focus on building a process to support the operation and management of the fundraising system.  Typically this involves People First working closely with the organization's staff, board and volunteers on tasks like forming a volunteer fundraising committee, devising a compelling and accurate case of support, and support to foster a "fundraising-friendly" environment within the organization.
