“May the road rise up to meet you” and everyone you know as we wish you all a Happy St. Patrick’s Day. The Luck of the Irish finally seems to be rising as the light of the end of this Pandemic tunnel is finally in sight. Vaccine rollouts are ramping up, the second wave has declined, warmer weather is coming and people are beginning to think cheery thoughts about life in a post-Covid world.

While we raise a toast with a pint of green ale, lace up our favourite pair of Ghillies, sing along to Oh Danny Boy or enjoy a hearty feast of boiled bacon and cabbage, remember we are not out of the woods. New variants and surges of cases in Europe are indicators that the virus is still around us.

So please continue to wear a mask, wash your hands and practice social distancing to help curb the spread and keep us all safe. Just a little longer so we can all wear green and gather to belt out When Irish Eyes Are Smiling in 2022.
