It is an undisputable truth that each of us can only have one Mother and this is the day we express our gratitude to them for giving us life. Whether we were raised by our biological, adopted or surrogate Moms, the selflessness, care, support and unconditional love these blessed women gave prepared us for everything we would encounter in our futures.

Please be sure to shower your Moms with thanks for reading us bedtime stories, driving us to 7 am hockey practices, throwing us birthday parties, making our Halloween costumes, helping us with our science fair projects, caring for us when had a fever, giving us a shoulder to cry on after a breakup and making us the individuals we are today. However, when we tell our Moms how much we love them this Mother’s Day, remember to do so safely and responsibly. We are still in the middle of a global pandemic and the last thing we want to do is endanger the health of the important woman in our lives.
