As the advent of spring approaches and with the worst of the pandemic behind us, life seems to be returning to some form of normalcy. However, we must also pause and reflect on the atrocities occurring in Ukraine following the invasion by Russia. As we view the courageous stand the Ukrainian people are taking against their aggressors, let’s pray and hope for their safety and well-being. Above all, may there be a swift and peaceful resolution to this conflict.

In the meantime, we must remain vigilant around the vulnerable and immunocompromised members of our communities since Covid-19 continues to spread and mutate around the globe. Treat one another with respect and kindness so can all enjoy life again.
